Barbell Strength Program

This 3 week, 12 session strength program is designed to use the barbell to improve overall strength. There are 4 training sessions per week that are to be done as a single program with no supplemental lifting required. Guaranteed results when followed as written. The program can be for individual use or for a team strength program.

Sample Session:

3 rounds of 8 squats, 8 HR push ups, 8 sit ups

 

6 rounds of 6 squats.

Round 1 @ 65%

Round 2 @ 75%

Round 3 @ 85%

Rounds 4-6 @ assessment minus 10lbs

 

6 rounds of 6 deadlift.

Round 1 @ 65%

Round 2 @ 75%

Round 3 @ 85%

Rounds 4-6 @ assessment minus 10lbs

 

6 rounds of 3 Craig Special.

Round 1 @ 50%

Round 2 @ 60%

Round 3 @ 75%

Rounds 4-6 @ assessment minus 10lbs
