Endurance Athlete Strength Program
This training program is designed to strengthen and prepare endurance athletes for the rigors of their endurance activity-running, swimming, biking or whatever.
8 rounds: 10 squats, 10 lunges, 10 jump lunges, 5 jump squats, 5/10 push ups, 2/4 pull ups
12 minute AMRAP: 5 dumbbell half moon, 5 kneeling slasher to halo, 3 Turkish get up (alternate hands each round), 10 hinge lift holding dumbbells
