This 8 session speed and agility program uses beginning and ending assessments to measure improvement. Plyometrics and resistance training are used to strengthen muscles used for spped and agility. This program can be done as a stand alone training program or supplement your current regimen. For individual or team training.
8 rounds of :15 lateral box jump, :45 rest
5 rounds of 8/8 pistol jumps, 20 band high knee
3 rounds 5 box step off jumps, 3 broad jumps
