I have ran many marathons, 50K races, 45 miles and 50 miles.
I am approaching 50 years old, a father and grandfather, can still run a sub 7:00 mile, deadlift 300+ pounds, squat 300+ pounds, bench 225+ pounds and do 10+ strict pull ups.
